En base a los resultados y logros del\u00a0<strong>Plan<\/strong>\u00a0Nacer, el Gobierno Nacional y las Provincias avanzan en la b\u00fasqueda de mejorar la calidad de atenci\u00f3n y en profundizar el acceso y el ejercicio de los derechos de la salud de la poblaci\u00f3n a partir de la cobertura universal de salud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se lleva adelante con un claro enfoque de derechos que se propone brindar identidad a las personas frente al sistema de salud y explicitar los servicios que conforman su derecho, asign\u00e1ndole contenido y alcance preciso.
